Each of our modalities is rooted in nervous system awareness, consent-based cueing, and the belief that healing isn’t linear. Whether you’re here to slow down, rise up, or simply breathe — there’s room for you here.

Movement-Based Practices

At Pure Heart, movement is sacred. It’s not about performing. It’s not about pushing through. It’s about listening to your body, honoring your rhythm, and moving with purpose. Every class is designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re rebuilding trust with your body, working through stress, or ready to rise into your strength. We teach with presence, permission, and nervous system awareness. You’ll never be forced. You’ll always be supported.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Trauma-Informed Yoga

A safe space to return to your body. These sessions are slow, choice-based, and guided with care — no pressure, no assumptions, just space to move and feel supported.

🌙 Yin Yoga

Long, passive holds that invite deep release through fascia, joints, and connective tissue. A quiet, internal practice that opens space both physically and emotionally.

🪨 Restorative Yoga

Full-body rest using props and support. These sessions focus on nervous system healing through stillness, gentle breath, and soft landings.

🔄 Yin-Yang Yoga

Start soft, end strong. This blended class balances grounded yin shapes with breath-led flows to support emotional and energetic balance.

🌿 Hatha Yoga

Traditional and intentional movement — postures held with breath awareness and structure. Ideal for beginners or anyone craving a reset without rushing.

🔥 Vinyasa

Build heat, release tension, and reconnect through dynamic movement paired with music and breath. The session closes in stillness, sound, or silence.

💪🏽 Pilates

A full-body, core-centered class that strengthens from the inside out. Mat-based, alignment-focused, and built to support longevity, mobility, and power.

Soothing frequencies and live crystal bowls help calm the mind and ease emotional tension. A sensory reset for your whole system.

🛏 Nap & Meditate

Guided rest supported by sound, breath, and intention. This signature experience invites your body to fully relax while your spirit resets.

🌬 Breathwork

Conscious breathing techniques that shift energy, move emotion, and ground you in the present moment.

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga Nidra

Deep guided meditation done lying down. Supports emotional release, trauma recovery, and nervous system restoration.

🪞Clarity & Mindfulness Guidance

Offered in select sessions and workshops, this includes meditation, reflection prompts, and presence-based tools to help you come back to yourself.
