Nicole, Restorative Yoga Teacher
RYT-200
Meet Nicole
Nicole fell in love with yoga the very first time she stepped onto the mat. At the time, she didn’t know much about yoga, but she was immediately drawn to the sense of inner peace it provided. Over the past 20 years, she has returned to her practice again and again, always grateful for the grounding it brings.
With a desire to deepen her practice and understanding of yoga — including breathwork, asanas, and sequencing — Nicole completed her RYT-200 teacher training at Flourish Yoga in Indianapolis in 2021. She is currently pursuing her RYT-300, which she will complete at the end of summer 2025. She is also certified in Restorative Yoga.
Nicole’s teaching style reflects her favorite practices: Gentle, Restorative, Yin, and Slow Flow Vinyasa. Her classes are supportive, calming, and designed to help students connect deeply with themselves.
Outside the studio, Nicole is married with two adult children and a mini labradoodle. She enjoys traveling and reading a good book whenever she can.

Krysten, Certified Trauma informed & Somatic Embodied Workshop Facilitator
Meet Krysten
Krysten is a trauma-informed and somatic-embodied workshop facilitator and sound healing meditation guide with a strong foundation in the mind–body connection. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ball State University and is currently completing her Yoga Teacher Training, with anticipated certification in July 2026. Outside of her work, she’s a proud cat mom, a tufted-art creator specializing in handmade rugs, and someone who loves concerts, heated yoga, and traveling. She looks forward to continuing to expand her practice as a teacher while supporting others through embodied and sound-based experiences.
Crystal, Yoga Teacher
RYT-200, Y12SR
Meet Crystal
Crystal Stanley is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and somatic practitioner devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and release the emotional and ancestral imprints held within.
She holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, a Somatic & Trauma-Informed certification, and a Y12SR (Yoga for 12-Step Recovery) certification. Her work is shaped not only by training, but by her lived experience as a cancer survivor.
After being diagnosed with ovarian cancer and walking through surgery and profound healing, Crystal deepened her commitment to embodied practices. She credits somatic awareness, mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation as essential tools in her recovery — practices that helped her reconnect to her strength, intuition, and inner freedom during one of the most transformative seasons of her life.
Her own healing journey inspires her passion to support others. Crystal teaches from a place of gentleness and authenticity, creating spaces that feel safe, grounding, and compassionate. Her classes weave together slow, intentional movement, breathwork, tapping, somatic techniques, and affirmations to help students shift from survival mode into presence, regulation, and emotional release.
Crystal believes the body remembers — and with support, it can also let go, heal, and return to wholeness. She is honored to walk with others as they reclaim connection, empowerment, and freedom within themselves.
