Pure Heart Studio Policies & Procedures
These Policies & Procedures apply to services, products, memberships, appointments, classes, workshops, gatherings, venue rentals, mobile services, virtual offerings, and other experiences provided through Pure Heart Studio, Pure Heart Wellness Studio LLC, and BeadBody. By purchasing, reserving, attending, participating in, or entering the studio for an offering, each customer, participant, guest, renter, and accompanying adult agrees to the policies applicable to that activity. An individual service description, proposal, invoice, checkout page, rental agreement, consent form, or waiver may contain additional terms specific to that transaction.
Studio Respect and Community Conduct
Pure Heart Studio is a shoes-off space created for movement, restoration, creativity, connection, and community. Guests are expected to silence their phones, keep conversations at an appropriate volume, store personal belongings away from walkways, respect staff-only areas, and remain mindful of the experiences taking place around them.
Disruptive, threatening, discriminatory, harassing, abusive, dangerous, or persistently disrespectful behavior toward guests, staff members, teachers, practitioners, vendors, or neighboring businesses will not be tolerated. Pure Heart Studio may provide guidance or a warning when appropriate, but it also reserves the right to refuse service, remove a person from the premises, suspend participation, terminate a membership or business relationship, or permanently prohibit someone from returning when necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the community. A removal or termination resulting from a policy violation does not entitle the person to a refund or account credit.
Personal, Emotional, and Energetic Boundaries
Every person entering Pure Heart Studio is expected to respect the physical, emotional, and energetic boundaries of others. Requests that a teacher, practitioner, staff member, or guest absorb, transfer, take on, remove, or otherwise personally engage with another person’s energy are not permitted. Our practices are intended to help each participant reconnect with their own inner resources, grounding practices, and sense of restoration without placing responsibility for that process on another person.
Touch, personal disclosures, spiritual practices, and emotionally sensitive conversations must remain consensual and appropriate to the setting. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, and silence, familiarity, or a lack of resistance should never be interpreted as continuing consent.
Photography, Video, and Audio Recording
Guests may not photograph, livestream, videotape, or make audio recordings inside the studio without prior permission from Pure Heart Studio. Permission to photograph or record one person does not authorize the capture of anyone else who may be present, visible, or audible.
Pure Heart Studio may occasionally photograph or record classes, workshops, gatherings, or other experiences for educational or promotional purposes. When practical, participants will be informed before recording begins and may request not to be included. A separate media release may be required for certain projects, and participation in a service does not automatically grant another guest permission to record someone.
Health, Safety, and Participation
Participation in yoga, Pilates, strength training, meditation, sound experiences, creative activities, permanent jewelry, waistbead services, workshops, and other studio offerings is voluntary. Participants are responsible for selecting activities appropriate for them, honoring their physical and emotional limits, choosing suitable modifications, and discontinuing any activity that causes pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, numbness, distress, or other concerning symptoms.
Participants should inform the instructor or practitioner of any injury, pregnancy, allergy, medical condition, mobility limitation, sensitivity, or other concern that could reasonably affect participation. This information helps us offer appropriate options but does not transfer responsibility for the participant’s health to Pure Heart Studio. Studio services are not substitutes for medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy, physical therapy, or other licensed healthcare, and participants should consult an appropriate professional when needed.
Hands-on assistance or physical adjustment will be provided only with clear consent. Consent given during one class, appointment, or activity does not automatically continue into another, and participants may change their minds at any time. Required waivers, consent forms, and participation agreements must be completed before the applicable service begins.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
Studio activities may involve risks including falls, strains, sprains, burns, allergic or skin reactions, dizziness, fainting, emotional distress, equipment failure, aggravation of an existing condition, property damage, serious injury, disability, illness, or death. By voluntarily participating, the participant knowingly assumes the ordinary and inherent risks associated with the selected activity, the use of studio facilities and equipment, and participation at off-site or host locations.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, the participant releases Pure Heart Studio, Pure Heart Wellness Studio LLC, BeadBody, and their owners, managers, employees, instructors, practitioners, independent contractors, volunteers, agents, affiliates, landlords, and host locations from claims arising from participation, including claims resulting from their ordinary negligence or ordinary negligent acts or omissions. This release does not apply to gross negligence, willful or intentional misconduct, or any responsibility that cannot legally be waived.
If a participant becomes ill or injured, Pure Heart Studio may contact emergency services or provide reasonable assistance within the training and ability of the people present. The participant remains responsible for resulting medical, transportation, or emergency-service expenses. Pure Heart Studio does not promise that medical personnel or specialized care will be immediately available.
Arrival, Late Entry, and Scheduled Time
Participants should arrive approximately 10 to 15 minutes before a class, appointment, workshop, or event to check in, remove their shoes, complete any required documentation, and settle into the space. Late admission is not guaranteed. As a general rule, participants arriving more than 10 minutes after a regular class begins or more than 15 minutes after a workshop or special event begins may be denied entry. No late admission will be permitted after a sound bath, meditation, Yoga Nidra session, or other quiet immersive experience has begun when entry would cause a disruption or safety concern.
Appointments and private services must conclude at their scheduled ending time, even when the guest arrives late. Time between sessions allows practitioners to clean, prepare, rest, and reset. Additional service time must be reserved in advance as a separate appointment when available. Denied entry or shortened service time caused by late arrival does not qualify for a refund or credit.
Class Reservations, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Class reservations should be canceled at least two hours before the scheduled start time. A cancellation made within two hours of class or a failure to attend without canceling may result in a $10 late-cancellation or no-show fee, issued by separate invoice. A class credit, membership use, or pass connected with the reservation may also be forfeited and will not necessarily be returned to the participant’s account.
When a waitlist is available, openings may be offered in the order participants joined the list. A person offered a space must confirm and complete any required payment within the stated timeframe. Joining a waitlist or arriving as a standby participant does not guarantee admission, although walk-ins may be accepted when space and staffing allow.
Studio Cancellations, Weather, and Unexpected Conditions
Pure Heart Studio may cancel, relocate, delay, shorten, or modify an offering because of severe weather, unsafe travel or setup conditions, instructor illness, low enrollment, utility failure, facility problems, emergency conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Notices will be sent using the contact information associated with the reservation, and participants are responsible for keeping that information current.
When Pure Heart Studio cancels a regular class, the associated class credit will ordinarily be returned. When a paid appointment, workshop, or event cannot proceed, Pure Heart Studio may provide a replacement date, comparable service, or account credit. A refund may be issued when Pure Heart Studio cannot provide a reasonable replacement or credit, when required by law, or when Pure Heart Studio approves an exception in writing.
Outdoor and mobile experiences may be relocated, delayed, modified, or stopped because of weather, lighting, ground conditions, access limitations, inadequate shelter, security concerns, electrical hazards, or other environmental risks. Safety determinations made by Pure Heart Studio or the assigned practitioner are final.
Private Appointments
Private appointments are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and may require a new reservation and payment. Failure to attend without notice results in the loss of the appointment and the amount paid.
Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. Guests who need additional consultation, design, preparation, or service time should reserve it in advance when available.
Memberships and Recurring Payments
Memberships are recurring subscriptions. By purchasing a membership, the member authorizes Pure Heart Studio and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided on each scheduled renewal date until the membership is canceled. A membership may be canceled before the next renewal date, but a cancellation does not reverse a payment that has already been processed or create a prorated refund.
If a scheduled charge is declined or unsuccessful, the member authorizes Pure Heart Studio or its payment processor to retry the charge one or more times using the payment method on file. Membership access and benefits may be suspended or canceled until a valid payment method is provided and the membership is successfully reactivated.
Membership classes, guest passes, discounts, and other benefits reset according to the member’s individual billing cycle. Unused benefits do not roll over, convert to cash, or transfer to another person unless the specific membership description states otherwise. Memberships and their benefits may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
Indiana Health-Club Contract Cancellation Rights
When a membership or agreement is covered by the Indiana Health Spa Services Act, the purchaser may cancel the contract before midnight of the third full business day after signing it. Cancellation must be made in writing and delivered personally or sent by registered or certified mail to Pure Heart Studio at the address stated below, together with any membership card previously issued. Any refund legally due will be issued within 30 days.
When applicable under Indiana law, additional cancellation rights may arise because of the buyer’s death, total physical disability lasting for the duration of the agreement, permanent discontinuation of contracted services, or relocation of the facility more than five miles from its stated location, subject to any lawful transfer to a comparable facility. Any amount retained or refunded under those circumstances will be calculated according to Indiana law. Nothing in these policies limits a non-waivable cancellation or refund right.
Class Passes, Guest Passes, and Member Discounts
Class packages and promotional passes activate, expire, and renew according to the terms shown when purchased. Unused visits do not roll over, convert to money, or receive an extension unless the purchased product specifically allows it or Pure Heart Studio approves an exception in writing.
Eligible unlimited memberships include two guest passes per billing cycle and a 20% discount on branded retail and qualifying workshops. Guest passes do not roll over and must be redeemed according to studio instructions. Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests follow studio policies and complete required waivers. The membership discount excludes permanent jewelry and any other product or service identified as excluded when offered.
Children, Teenagers, and Family Experiences
Regular studio classes are intended for participants age 16 and older. Guests ages 13 through 15 may attend with a parent or legal guardian and prior approval from Pure Heart Studio. A parent or legal guardian must complete the required waiver and consent documentation for every participant under age 18.
Pure Heart Studio may also offer children’s workshops, youth gatherings, family classes, birthday experiences, creative activities, and other events specifically designed for children or families. The published age range, adult-participation requirements, supervision rules, and drop-off instructions for that particular experience will control. Describing an offering as child-friendly or family-friendly does not authorize unattended drop-off unless the service description expressly says that drop-off is permitted.
Children under 13 may otherwise attend only services or events specifically identified as appropriate for their age group. Unless an offering clearly states otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must remain present and responsible for the child. Children may not wait unattended in the lobby, studio, treatment areas, parking area, or other parts of the property while an adult participates in a separate service.
Permanent Jewelry, Waistbeads, and Body-Adornment Services
Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded without a traditional clasp. Services may involve direct skin contact, jewelry tools, bright light, heat, and small sparks. Possible risks include irritation, metal sensitivity, pinching, scratching, snagging, breakage, discomfort, minor burns, or damage to clothing or property. Customers must disclose known allergies or sensitivities before service, although Pure Heart Studio cannot guarantee that a person will not experience a reaction to gold-filled, sterling silver, rose gold, enamel, or other materials.
The customer must approve the jewelry, placement, and fit before the item is tied, cut, or welded. Once the custom fitting is completed, the service and jewelry are final and non-refundable. Fit may change because of swelling, pregnancy, growth, weight changes, physical activity, improper care, or other changes to the body. Permanent jewelry is designed for extended wear but is not indestructible, and Pure Heart Studio is not responsible for jewelry that is lost, stretched, snagged, broken, damaged, or intentionally removed after the customer leaves.
Repair, resizing, re-welding, or replacement requests will be evaluated individually and may require an additional charge. Service cannot be guaranteed when the jewelry is missing, significantly damaged, altered by another provider, discontinued, or no longer available. Customers are responsible for following directions from medical providers, employers, schools, athletic organizations, security personnel, and imaging facilities regarding removal. Customers under 18 require the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian, and Pure Heart Studio may decline a service when age, fit, behavior, or safety makes the service inappropriate.
Pure Heart-Curated Experiences
A Pure Heart-curated experience is an event planned, facilitated, or hosted by Pure Heart Studio or BeadBody. Curated experiences may include yoga, sound, meditation, permanent jewelry, waistbeads, creative activities, refreshments, or other elements selected for the particular gathering. The description, price, minimum attendance, deposit, included services, and participation requirements will be provided through the applicable booking page, proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Refreshments, including alcoholic beverages, may be incorporated only when specifically included or approved by Pure Heart Studio and provided in compliance with applicable law, property rules, insurance requirements, and licensing requirements. When required, alcohol must be supplied or served through a Pure Heart-approved, appropriately licensed and insured vendor. Guests may not bring additional alcohol unless Pure Heart Studio has provided prior written approval.
Group experiences generally require at least four participants unless the service description or private agreement states otherwise. The person organizing the group is responsible for communicating arrival instructions, payment requirements, age restrictions, studio policies, and waiver requirements to all guests.
Private Venue Rentals
A private venue rental is different from a Pure Heart-curated experience. In a venue rental, the renter independently plans, hosts, and manages the gathering and is responsible for the conduct of guests and vendors, the selected activities, required permits and insurance, setup, cleanup, and damage. Pure Heart Studio’s involvement as the venue does not make it the organizer, producer, supervisor, or provider of the renter’s activities.
The studio’s standard advertised rental arrangement accommodates gatherings of up to 40 guests, subject to the room selected, approved floor plan, seating arrangement, equipment, staffing, and applicable legal occupancy limits. No renter, guest, or vendor may exceed the approved capacity or obstruct exits, fire-safety equipment, hallways, accessibility routes, or staff access.
A rental deposit is non-refundable and reserves the requested date and time. When stated in the booking terms, it may be applied toward the remaining balance. Any refundable security or damage deposit is separate from the booking deposit and will ordinarily be returned within three business days after the event, less documented charges allowed under the agreement. One reschedule may be approved when requested at least 14 days before the event and is subject to availability. A request made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit or other payments.
The rental period includes decorating, vendor access, setup, the event itself, breakdown, cleanup, and departure. Overtime may be charged in 30-minute increments at the rate stated in the rental agreement or invoice, with partial increments rounded to the next interval.
Rental Setup, Decorations, Food, and Vendors
Furniture and equipment may be arranged only in an approved manner. Guests and vendors may not drag furniture, move fixed items, block exits, or interfere with safety equipment. Decorations must be approved when requested and completely removed at the end of the rental. Glitter, confetti, nails, staples, screws, tacks, pins, tape, adhesives, and other materials that could damage studio surfaces are prohibited unless Pure Heart Studio approves a specific installation method in writing.
Food service, caterers, cooking equipment, grease-producing preparation, propane, heating devices, and other heat sources require advance approval. Smoking, vaping, tobacco use, illegal drugs, unauthorized open flames, fireworks, smoke effects, and hazardous special effects are prohibited. Alcohol may not be brought, served, sold, or distributed by a renter, guest, or unapproved vendor. Alcohol service may be added only with prior written approval and, when required, through a Pure Heart-approved provider carrying the appropriate license and insurance.
Renters are responsible for their vendors, including vendor conduct, deliveries, insurance, permits, equipment, product safety, and compliance with studio rules. Pure Heart Studio may reject or remove a vendor, activity, product, or piece of equipment that creates a safety, legal, insurance, or operational concern. Outside vendors may not provide waistbeads, anklets, permanent jewelry, or offerings that directly imitate or materially overlap with Pure Heart Studio or BeadBody services without prior written approval.
Rental Supervision, Cleanup, Damage, and Incidentals
Renters must supervise their guests, ensure children remain appropriately supervised, maintain reasonable noise levels, and keep all activity within approved areas. Fighting, harassment, threats, weapons, illegal activity, dangerous conduct, and refusal to follow staff or emergency instructions are prohibited. Only service animals are permitted unless Pure Heart Studio grants written approval for another animal.
At the end of the rental, all decorations, food, supplies, vendor property, and personal belongings must be removed, trash must be placed in the designated location, and the space must be returned in the agreed condition. Pure Heart Studio may dispose of or store abandoned property at the renter’s expense.
The renter is responsible for damage, broken or missing property, excessive cleaning, prohibited glitter or adhesives, stains, odors, pest treatment, biohazard cleanup, excess trash, overtime, locksmith or emergency services, after-hours staffing or security, false-alarm charges, police or fire charges attributable to the event, loss of use when legally recoverable, and damage caused by guests or vendors. Pure Heart Studio may charge an authorized payment method for undisputed incidentals after providing notice or issue an invoice due within 10 calendar days if the charge cannot be processed.
Any injury, illness, spill, damage, altercation, safety concern, or contact with emergency, fire, or law-enforcement personnel must be reported immediately. Pure Heart Studio may enter the rental area to inspect conditions, respond to an emergency, protect the property, or enforce the agreement. An event may be stopped for illegal activity, unauthorized alcohol, overcrowding, a material policy violation, refusal to follow safety instructions, or a threat to people or property. Termination for a violation does not qualify for a refund.
Rental Responsibility, Insurance, and Indemnification
Renters are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, permits, occupancy restrictions, fire and health requirements, and insurance obligations. Pure Heart Studio may require event insurance, commercial general-liability coverage, a certificate of insurance, or additional-insured status depending on the size and nature of the gathering.
To the extent permitted by law, the renter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pure Heart Studio, Pure Heart Wellness Studio LLC, BeadBody, and their owners, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from the renter’s event, guests, vendors, property, activities, or breach of the rental terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from an indemnified party’s negligence, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or another responsibility that cannot legally be transferred.
Virtual, Mobile, Outdoor, and Off-Site Services
Participants in virtual services are responsible for maintaining a clear and safe practice area, removing hazards, managing pets and children, using appropriate flooring and equipment, and ensuring that their technology and internet connection are sufficient. Participants should join on time, keep microphones muted when instructed, and follow any camera or participation expectations stated for the service.
For mobile, outdoor, or off-site experiences, the host or participant is responsible for providing lawful access to a reasonably safe, clean, accessible, illuminated, and secure location. Pure Heart Studio does not control parking areas, public spaces, outdoor conditions, host properties, or third-party facilities and is not responsible for conditions outside its reasonable control.
Independent Practitioners
Some services at Pure Heart Studio may be provided by independent practitioners. Each independent practitioner is responsible for their professional qualifications, licensing when required, insurance, judgment, recommendations, and the services they personally provide. Their presence within Pure Heart Studio does not automatically make them an employee or agent of Pure Heart Studio.
Clients must complete the official Pure Heart Studio waiver before receiving services within the studio. An independent practitioner may also require a separate intake form, informed-consent document, or service agreement related to their practice.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their clothing, jewelry, phones, bags, equipment, vehicles, and other personal property. Pure Heart Studio is not responsible for property that is lost, stolen, damaged, left unattended, or abandoned, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Shipping
Domestic orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, and tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address. Pure Heart Studio is not responsible for carrier delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Claims involving lost, stolen, or damaged shipments will be addressed according to the carrier’s process and applicable law.
Final Sales and Refunds
Please review all selections carefully before purchasing. All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless Pure Heart Studio states otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law. This policy includes classes, appointments, memberships, class passes, workshops, event deposits, venue rentals, gift cards or certificates, custom items, waistbeads, permanent jewelry, digital products, retail items, and other services or products.
Pure Heart Studio may provide a replacement date, comparable service, or account credit when it cancels an offering. A refund may be issued when Pure Heart Studio cannot provide a reasonable replacement, when required by law, or when Pure Heart Studio approves an exception in writing. Approving an exception in one situation does not create a continuing obligation or change the policy for future transactions.
Purchases made through ClassPass, Wellhub, Groupon, or another third-party platform remain subject to that provider’s payment, credit, cancellation, and refund rules. Pure Heart Studio’s conduct, participation, safety, and waiver requirements continue to apply while the customer is on the premises or participating in a Pure Heart service.
Privacy and Mobile Information
Pure Heart Studio may collect personal information through its website, scheduling and payment platforms, memberships, forms, waivers, appointments, event registrations, purchases, and communications. Information may be used to provide services, process payments, manage accounts and reservations, maintain records, communicate about purchases or appointments, improve operations, meet legal or insurance obligations, respond to emergencies, and send marketing communications when the person has consented.
Pure Heart Studio does not sell personal information. Mobile numbers, text-message consent, and opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply, and customers may use the instructions contained in a message to stop optional promotional texts.
Information may be disclosed to service providers that assist with scheduling, payments, communications, hosting, insurance, safety, or legal compliance, but only as reasonably necessary for those purposes. Privacy cannot be guaranteed when disclosure is required to investigate a complaint, respond to a safety concern or emergency, submit an insurance claim, comply with law, or protect the rights of Pure Heart Studio or another person.
Questions, Complaints, and Good-Faith Reports
A participant or witness may report a safety concern, harassment, discrimination, boundary violation, or other policy issue directly to Pure Heart Studio. A useful report should include the reporting person’s name and contact information, the person involved, a description of what occurred, the approximate date and location, and any direct witnesses or available evidence.
Pure Heart Studio may review relevant records, speak with involved individuals, and take action reasonably appropriate to the circumstances. Privacy will be respected to the extent reasonably possible, although complete confidentiality cannot be promised when disclosure is necessary for investigation, safety, insurance, or legal compliance. Retaliation against a person for making a good-faith report or participating honestly in a review is prohibited.
Depending on the circumstances, action may include guidance, a warning, corrective requirements, temporary suspension, removal from an activity, termination of services or membership, vendor removal, or a permanent ban from the property.
Events Beyond Our Control
Pure Heart Studio is not responsible for delay or nonperformance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, utility failures, labor disruptions, facility damage, illness, transportation interruptions, or the unavailability of a host location. When reasonably possible, Pure Heart Studio will offer a rescheduled date, comparable service, or account credit consistent with these policies and applicable law.
Governing Law and General Terms
These policies and related transactions are governed by Indiana law. Any location or venue requirement stated in an individual agreement will apply to disputes arising from that agreement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a policy on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
When an insurance carrier, licensing authority, government agency, property owner, payment processor, booking platform, or other applicable third party imposes a mandatory requirement, that requirement will remain controlling to the extent it applies. Nothing in these policies is intended to modify or override a requirement imposed by law, insurance, licensing, a signed contract, or an applicable third-party provider.
Policy Updates
Pure Heart Studio may revise these policies as its services, memberships, facilities, technology, legal obligations, insurance requirements, or operational needs change. The current version will be posted at www.pureheart.life/policies.
Policies in effect when a purchase or agreement is made will ordinarily govern that transaction unless a signed agreement, applicable law, or mandatory requirement states otherwise. Updated policies may apply prospectively to future purchases, renewals, reservations, and participation. When practical, Pure Heart Studio will provide notice before applying a material change to an ongoing membership or recurring service.
Additional Provisions
Effective September 21, 2026, these Policies and the accompanying assumption of risk and release apply to the participant’s current and future visits to Pure Heart Studio and participation in yoga, Pilates, strength training, meditation, breathwork, sound experiences, somatic wellness, private appointments, CPR, first-aid and safety education, Safe Sleep education, Bead Bar and other creative activities, permanent jewelry, waistbeads, workshops, gatherings, mobile, outdoor, virtual, and other studio services unless Pure Heart Studio requires an updated acknowledgment. Participants should not enter the studio or attend an offering while experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Waistbeads are measured while the customer is standing in a natural posture, and fit may change because of growth, weight changes, swelling, pregnancy, posture, or other changes to the body. Completed fittings are final, and loose beads may present a choking hazard, particularly for children. Pure Heart Studio is not responsible for waistbeads that are snagged, stretched, broken, lost, or damaged after service. Alcohol, when offered, is limited to guests age 21 or older who provide valid identification, and Pure Heart Studio may refuse or discontinue alcohol service to anyone who appears impaired. Each adult must complete their own waiver. A parent or legal guardian signing for a minor confirms that they have legal authority to provide consent, accepts these policies and activity risks on the minor’s behalf, authorizes reasonable emergency assistance, and remains responsible for listing each covered minor and complying with all event-specific supervision requirements. These policies supplement and do not replace any service-specific consent form, venue-rental agreement, independent-practitioner form, certification-provider requirement, insurance requirement, or other document required by Pure Heart Studio, applicable law, or an authorized third party.
