We’re so excited to bring Pure Heart Wellness & Crafts to your community! This program is designed to spark joy, creativity, and connection through a variety of engaging activities each week. Whether we’re making beautiful bracelets, stretching with gentle chair yoga, or enjoying a lively game of bingo, these experiences are all about having fun, staying active, and creating something meaningful together.
Each session will be hands-on and interactive, giving you the chance to explore new activities, connect with others, and express yourself in new ways. Every week, I’ll be stopping by to lead a special craft or wellness session designed just for you.
