Mindful Momentum (Monday) - A Season for Gentle Recalibration

I’ve been in a space of recalibration lately. Not a total overhaul, not a dramatic pivot, just a tender return to what feels aligned. It’s soft work. Quiet work. And in many ways, it’s the most sacred kind. I’m noticing where I’ve been stretching too thin, where I’ve been holding my breath, where I’ve been pouring out without pausing to be poured into.

What I’m learning is this: recalibration doesn’t require us to fix anything. It simply asks us to notice.

To get still enough to hear what needs adjusting.

To give ourselves permission to change course if something no longer feels like home.

So this week, I’m inviting you to join me in that same spirit. What would it look like to gently recalibrate? Without guilt or external pressure? Without judgment?

Maybe it’s changing a routine that’s no longer serving you.

Maybe it’s loosening your grip on an old expectation.

Maybe it’s choosing joy over productivity, just for today.

You are not behind. You are not broken.

You are simply growing. And growth asks for space to stretch, realign, and re-root.

Let this be the week you honor what’s quietly shifting inside you.

I’m inviting you to recalibrate with Nicole each Monday at 6pm for free. Enjoy gentle Yin Yoga, tea, chatting and community. Just email me at hello@pureheart.life for your guest pass.

Be well friends.

In love and grace,

Nina
